On December 2020, Alpina Sports Rentals & Retail has opened at Shiga Kogen YAMANOEKI, located in the central area of Shiga Kogen.
We offer high-grade skis and snowboards for rental, and also there is a retail shop selling accessories such as knit caps and gloves.
You can easily start skiing and snowboarding by visiting our one-stop rental store.
We have a wide range of high-grade models
that can satisfy advanced skiers.
We offer ski and snowboard accessories
such as knit caps and gloves.
Equipped with large coin lockers and
clean changing rooms, very convenient.
If you are renting more than 2 days, you can keep your rented items in our store. Leave them with us, there is no need to carry them back to your hotel.
At Alpina Sports Rentals & Retail, we take the following safety measures so that customers can rent comfortably.
- ・Ski clothing are cleaned after each use.
*We use rental wear with removable collar as it comes in direct contact with skin. Collar will be cleaned after each use. - ・We do not offer gloves, goggles or knit caps for rental due to hygiene reasons.
You may wish to bring your own gears or purchase from our store. - ・Ski gears (skis , snowboard, boots and poles) are also disinfected after each use.
We recommend you make a reservation in advance through our website, so that you will be able to pick up your rental items smoothly on the day of use.

Additionally, if you make an online payment before 11:59 p.m. on the day before your rental, all items will receive a 10% discount off the regular price.
